Thursday	17th July	AACYL will arrive by Virgin Atlantic, flight VS110 from Atlanta, landing at Manchester Airport at approx. 8.35am. It can take up to one hour for them to collect their bags and clear customs and immigration but in previous years the flight has been early. Please be at Manchester Airport Terminal 2 arrivals lounge no later than 9am. The rest of the day is free for the AACYL guests to settle down and recover from their overnight journey. Non hosting families need not attend.
Friday	18th	Please bring/collect your guest for an AACYL training session and equipment check at Stockport Lacrosse Club, Beech Road, Stockport SK3 8HD, 9.30am till 11.30pm. Training for US boys only. Rest of the day free
Saturday	19th	Afternoon AACYL Game v Poynton   U13’s meet at 12pm  for 1pm face, U15’s meet at 1.30pm for 2.30pm face. Followed by refreshments Poynton Sports Club, London Road North, Poynton, SK12 1AG
Sunday	20rd	Morning free. Afternoon AACYL games v Stockport, at Stockport Lacrosse Club. U13’s meet 12pm for 1pm face; U15’s meet 1.30pm for 2.30pm face. Each game followed by light refreshments. Stockport Lacrosse Club, Beech Road, Stockport SK3 8HD
Monday	21st	Visit to Warwick and Stratford for AACYL Group. Meet at Cheadle Sainsburys SK8 3BB at 7.30am. The trip includes a tour of Warwick castle including the dungeons as well as the birthplace of Shakespeare in Stratford. The Bus is scheduled to arrive back at 7.00pm at Cheadle Sainsburys.  US boys will require either money to purchase lunch or a packed lunch. Trip for US boys only.
Tuesday	22nd	Free morning & afternoon. Early evening AACYL games v Heaton Mersey, at The Heatons Sports Club. U13’s meet at 4.45pm for 5.30pm face, U15’s meet at 6.00pm for 7.00pm face. Followed by refreshments in clubhouse. The Heatons Sports Club, Green Lane, Stockport, SK4 2NF.
Wednesday	23rd	Lacrosse 6’s tournament 10am – 4pm at Stockport Lacrosse Club, this is for both US and UK boys (Hosting and non-hosting). Please bring full lacrosse kits with reversible bibs if you have them, both the UK and US boys will need a packed lunch and plenty of water.
Thursday	24th	Free morning & afternoon. Early evening AACYL games v Mellor, at Mellor Sports Club, Longhurst Lane, U13’s meet at 4.45pm for 5.30pm face, U15’s meet at 6.00pm for 7.00pm face. Followed by refreshments in clubhouse. Directions, Marple, follow signs to Marple Bridge, and then Mellor, the Club entrance is on the left 200 metres after the Royal Oak Pub. SK6 5PN.

Tuesday	29th	Free morning & afternoon. Evening final AACYL games v Metro Teams at Stockport Lacrosse Club. AACYL & Metro U13 Teams meet at 4.45pm for 5.30pm face. AACYL/Metro U15 Teams meet at 5.45pm for 6.45pm face. The games will be followed by an End of Tour Reception in the Club House or on the pavilion (weather permitting). Each family will be required to bring food for their family and US guest if hosting, a separate email with detailed instructions will be issued with exact requirements.

Thursday	31st	AACYL early departure, please meet at Manchester Airport, Terminal 2, at the Departures Hall at 9:30am, for check in, and security check, and see AACYL off for their 12:35pm flight, VS109 to Atlanta.
