Thursday	18th July	AAYLC will arrive by US Airways, flight 734 from Philadelphia, landing at Manchester Airport at approx. 9.00am. It can take up to one hour for them to collect their bags and clear customs and immigration but in previous years the flight has been early. Please be at Manchester Airport Terminal 3 arrivals lounge no later than 9.00am. The rest of the day is free for your AAYLC guest to settle down and recover from their overnight journey.
Friday	19th	Please bring/collect your guest for an AAYLC training session and equipment check at Stockport Lacrosse Club, Beech Road, Stockport SK3 8HD, 9.30am till 11.30pm. Rest of the day free
Saturday	20th	Afternoon AAYLC Game v Norbury, at Hazel Grove High School. U13’s meet at 12.00am for 1.00pm face, U15’s meet at 2.00pm for 3.00pm face. Followed by refreshments next to the Astro Turf. Hazel Grove High School, Jacksons Ln, Hazel Grove, Stockport SK7 5JX.
Sunday	21st	Morning free with Host Families. Afternoon AAYLC games v Stockport, at Stockport Lacrosse Club. U13’s meet 1.30pm for 2.30pm face; U15’s meet 3.00pm for 4.00pm face. Each game followed by light refreshments. Stockport Lacrosse Club, Beech Road, Stockport SK3 8HD
Monday	22nd	Visit to York or AAYLC Group. Meet at Stockport Lacrosse Club at 7.45am. The trip includes a tour York Minster, the Roman walls, The Shambles medieval street and York dungeon. The Bus is scheduled to arrive back at 5.00pm at Stockport Lacrosse Club. Please collect your guest. US boys only, money to purchase lunch in York required.
Tuesday	23rd	Free morning & afternoon, early evening AAYLC games v Mellor, at Mellor Sports Club, Longhurst Lane, U13’s meet at 5.15pm for 6.00pm face, U15’s meet at 6.15pm for 7.15pm face. Followed by refreshments in clubhouse. Directions, Marple, follow signs to Marple Bridge, and then Mellor, the Club entrance is on the left 200 metres after the Royal Oak Pub. SK6 5PN
Wednesday	24th	Local visit for AAYLC group. The trip includes a visit to Manchester City stadium and Academy tour and Quarry Bank Mill. Meet at Stockport Lacrosse Club at 9am. Please collect your guest directly from the main car park at Quarry Bank Mill (free entry) at 5pm. US boys only, packed lunch required.

Tuesday	30th	Free morning. Afternoon final AAYLC games v Metro Teams at Stockport Lacrosse Club. AAYLC & Metro U13 Teams meet at 4.45pm for 5.30pm face. AAYLC/Metro U15 Teams meet at 5.45pm for 6.45pm face. The games will be followed by an End of Tour Reception in the Club House or on the pavilion (weather permitting). Each family will be required to bring food for their family and US guest, a separate email with detailed instructions will be issued with exact requirements.
Wednesday	31st	AAYLC early departure, please meet at Manchester Airport, Terminal 3, at the Departures Hall at 7.45am, for check in, and security check, and see AAYLC off for their 10.50am flight, 735 to Philadelphia.
